By purchasing, downloading, or using any indicator from Traders Edge ("we", "us", "the Seller"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the products.
1. Who You're Buying From
Traders Edge indicators are sold by Conner Mondell, an individual sole proprietor based in Florida, USA. Contact: support@edgetradetools.com.
2. License Grant
When you purchase an indicator, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the indicator on your personal NinjaTrader 8 installation. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the indicator
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the source code
- Use the indicator on accounts you don't personally own or trade
3. Delivery
Indicators are delivered as a downloadable license key emailed to the address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. The email includes installation instructions for loading the indicator into NinjaTrader 8.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time payment unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

6. No Financial Advice — Risk Disclaimer
Trading futures, options, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Indicators sold here are visualization and decision-support tools only. They:
- Do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
- Do not guarantee any profit, win rate, or trading outcome
- Should be used at your own discretion and risk
Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred.
7. Updates & Support
Updates are delivered free of charge for the lifetime of the indicator. Support is provided via the Discord community and the email contact form on this site, on a best-effort basis.
8. Account Termination
We may revoke your license if you violate these terms (e.g. sharing the indicator publicly, attempting to crack the license system). No refund is owed in that case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the indicators, including but not limited to trading losses. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the indicator.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the indicators after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
