Refund Policy
Indicators are digital products delivered instantly. Because of that, refund eligibility is more limited than physical goods — but if something genuinely doesn't work, we'll make it right.
Eligible for a Refund
- Indicator fails to install or load on a supported NinjaTrader 8 build, and we can't resolve it within reasonable support effort
- Critical bug that materially prevents the indicator from doing what's described on the product page
- Duplicate purchase made in error (within 7 days)
Not Eligible
- You changed your mind, "didn't end up using it," or no longer want it
- You expected the indicator to generate trading profit (indicators are tools, not signals — see Risk Disclaimer in Terms)
- You're using an unsupported platform (e.g. NinjaTrader 7, MetaTrader, TradingView)
- The license has been redeemed and used
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or use the support chat at the bottom right of any page. Include:
- Order email and approximate purchase date
- Indicator name and license key (if redeemed)
- What's not working — screenshots or a short video help massively
I'll usually respond within 24 hours. If the issue is fixable, I'll fix it. If a refund is warranted, it's processed back to the original card via Stripe and typically lands in 5–10 business days.
License Revocation on Refund
When a refund is issued, the corresponding license key is revoked and the indicator will stop working in NinjaTrader. Continued use after refund is a violation of the Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank. Most "issues" are misunderstandings I can resolve in a single message. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in your Discord access and license being permanently revoked.
