Refund Policy

Indicators are digital products delivered instantly. Because of that, refund eligibility is more limited than physical goods — but if something genuinely doesn't work, we'll make it right.

The short version: 7-day refund window if the indicator doesn't work as advertised on a supported NinjaTrader 8 installation. No refunds for buyer's-remorse, unsupported platforms, or after the indicator has been actively used in a live trading session.

How to Request a Refund

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or use the support chat at the bottom right of any page. Include:

I'll usually respond within 24 hours. If the issue is fixable, I'll fix it. If a refund is warranted, it's processed back to the original card via Stripe and typically lands in 5–10 business days.

License Revocation on Refund

When a refund is issued, the corresponding license key is revoked and the indicator will stop working in NinjaTrader. Continued use after refund is a violation of the Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank. Most "issues" are misunderstandings I can resolve in a single message. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in your Discord access and license being permanently revoked.
