Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Traders Edge collects, why, and how we handle it. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and provide support — nothing more.
1. Who We Are
Traders Edge is operated by Conner Mondell, an individual sole proprietor located in Florida, USA. Contact: support@edgetradetools.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Email address — provided at checkout or in the support chat, used to deliver license keys and reply to questions.
- Payment details — collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe sends us only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
- Discord username — optional; if you join our Discord community for support, your username is visible there.
- Support messages — anything you write in the contact form.
3. How We Use Information
- Deliver license keys and process refunds
- Reply to support requests
- Send important updates about your indicator (security/critical fixes only — no marketing)
- Comply with tax and legal obligations
4. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with services strictly required to operate the shop:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Discord — optional community server for setup help and product updates (discord.com/privacy)
- Email infrastructure — inbound mail to
support@edgetradetools.comis forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a private Gmail inbox. Outbound replies (license keys, support responses) are sent from that Gmail account.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, marketers, or any other third party.
5. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses minimal local storage (e.g. dark/light mode preference). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, and no personal identifiers are collected. Cloudflare aggregates anonymous metrics (page views, referrers, country-level location) so we can understand traffic without profiling individual visitors. 6. Data Retention
License records are kept for as long as you hold the license. Support messages are retained for up to 2 years. Stripe retains payment records for the length required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Opt out of any non-essential communications

8. Security
Sensitive data (payment info) is handled by Stripe and never touches our systems. License keys are stored encrypted. We don't transmit personal data over unencrypted channels.
9. Children
Traders Edge is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post a notice in the Discord. For significant changes, current customers will receive an email.
